Whatever. The fact those are the oldest houses in CCR on the smallest lots has nothing to do with the difference in values right? So labored an attempt to find an explanation for stating your opinion as fact is painful to witness.

And OBTW - need to do your homework. Slaughter's speed limit is higher.

A good part of Nutty Brown is 50 or 55, and just because a small section is 40 doesn't mean people are driving 40.

Oh, really? What part? And is it 50 or 55?

Here's a hint. You are completely, totally, and irrevocably wrong. When you reach bottom, stop digging.

Funny how you say everyone is entitled to an opinions yet you mock and belittle opinions different from yours

OP
1 - I would give some weight to a realtor, that works in that area, thinks concerning resale. Not to say they are always right. But since you are new to the area I would consider it. I'm not a realtor btw.

2 - That development is real close to the highway. I would pass or ask for a discount on any house that has a view of 290.

3 - I would investigate the Nutty Brown noise situation. When I lived in the area a number of people complained about the noise. It never bother me because I lived far enough away but since they will be your next store neighbor I would see if that issue has been resolved.

4 - Not too sure if I would be bothered by all of that open space surrounding the Views. 290 has so much undeveloped land, what are the odds a big box store or whatever will get built next to you?

Good Luck!!

The issue is a demonstrable fact - the speed limit on Nutty Brown Road - not an opinion. I would recommend reading for comprehension before you embarrass yourself like this in the future. 'Kay?
