40 round boxes of 22lr at academy on 183/pavillion today (2.15). Limit two (hah)

Has been 9mm every time Ive gone to academy. Yesterday they had 100 round (FMJ) boxes for $27. Today they had 50 round boxes for 19 (personal defense)

I'm hoping for the days of plentiful bulk boxes of 22lr like the 325 and 550 packs from Federal. I think I'd go nuts buying basic 22 in 40 rnd boxes.
And thankfully, even after selling a case and a half of 9mm, I still have a case from w a y before the 'crisis'. Need to hit the range today...that will mean 150 rnds of 22 and 50 of 9 will be gone ; but that's what I bought them for!

If you get there early enough you can get the larger bulk packaging, but you have to be early. Ever since they switched to 2 boxes the bulk goes fast. 9 is much better, but cheap ball is still not "drop by anytime" plentiful, self defense stuff is however.

All the ones I've ever been to do. Stock varies greatly by store/location though (except in the case of 9/.22 where they're all universally limited in). Only a few sell guns though (e.g. Cedar Park).
