Is a Sam's going in there behind the Wendy's at 1431/Parmer too? I hadn't heard that; I've just heard about the Walmart.

We had a Thanksgiving party at our office, and someone brought in a turkey from the Green Mesquite. I'm not sure if they sell smoked turkeys or if you provide the turkey and they smoke for you. Nevertheless, it was VERY good.

After researching several options I settled on Central Market.

They have two different "Dinner for Two" choices every day.

as well as larger complete dinners and party platters.

My dear, unfortunate, wife broke her leg 2 weeks ago, and is back home recovering, so I decided to order take out for us this year for Thanksgiving.

Just a follow up on the Central Market Thanksgiving Dinner. We ordered the Turkey Breast Dinner (serves 4-6) and it was quite good. It came with cranberry sauce, gravy, a whole small turkey breast, both sides, and large containers of mashed potatoes, cornbread dressing and green beans almondine. I also bought a separate pumpkin/pecan pie.

My only criticism is that it came with only 1 quart of gravy, should have had at least two for all of that food. But the important thing is it really was quite tasty and we are still working on the leftovers.

I give it 4 out of 5 stars!

Considering all the work it takes to cook all of this food ourselves, for just two people, I may recommend we order out again next year.

Glad it worked out well, CptnRn! Equally glad your DW is on the mend. Much to be thankful for.

The Rudy's turkey was pretty darn good. It required about 4 hours of reheating which we had not anticipated. The instructions stated 1.5-3 hours at 300, at the end of 3 hours the thermometer supplied with the bird registered 120, the instructions said it needed to reach 160. At the 4 hour mark, still not at 160, we gave up and served it anyway. Very tasty. My DH's only complaint was that the dark meat was tough
