Anyone know what this new development in Northwest Hills is that the commentor is referring to? Which house is it and who is the developer?

It doesn't say Northwest Hills anywhere, and the commenter refers to it as in his "modest Northwest Austin neighborhood". Doubt anyone would refer to NW hills that way. The guy also refers to an HOA, which is rare in NW Hills (except for condos). Sounds like maybe the development is along 183 north of Braker, maybe?

Unless I am missing something.

Doesn't make much sense to me, modest NW Austin neighborhood with an HOA is almost certainly NOT in NW Hills. And I can't believe that if there really IS an HOA, that is doesn't say something about duplexes, regardless of the code, the HOA docs could restrict types of construction, sounds like it is an original property that lies along side "modest, HOA-burdened NW Austin neighborhood" and is now being redeveloped. I'd agree with atxcio about the possible location.

The area I am thinking of most certainly does not have an HOA, so hopefully that isn't it.
