Just curious if there was a rubberized running track that is open to the public in Round Rock.

The only ones I can think of are the school tracks. I know ridgeview middle allows the residents of the subdivision lake forest to walk/run the track.

Yeah, I was pretty much thinking that, just couldn't find any info on which allowed the public (most typically don't with school in session unless they're a college). I was hoping Old Settler's Park had one (seems to be quite the sporting complex), but not seeing it on their site. My body does better on these type of surfaces, not to mention I'm having a heck of a time with the cedar in the air.

Cedar Valley Middle School in Brushy Creek has such a track that is used by the public in non-school hours. that may be the case for all of the middle & high schools in RRISD.

I'm guessing that you're on the other side of Round Rock, but when I lived in NW Round Rock (West of I-35), I would run on the nice public track at Wilco Regional Park on the border of Round Rock and Leander.

Pretty much any public school track is open to the public after school hours (and if another event isn't scheduled), some will have posted hours for the public. I use tracks in AISD all the time.

The ones around me in Cedar Park are locked up unless there is an event going on (Vista Ridge for sure). You would have to hop the fence to get into them.
