195 is pretty busy during peak hours and is single lane till Florence. 183-138-195 is not that busy and takes about40-4min till you hit the 183 toll. Since your work place is before 190, Leander or GTown should be fine. You have to deal with 183 toll section to get to Austin from Leander (or take 183a which has too many traffic lights). Depends on where you want to go in Austin.
