I'm in Travis County and it states your drivers license and vehicle registration have to match the address of your home. I changed both of these online earlier this week. Do I need to wait for my new license to come in the mail to make a copy of it and submit it with the exemption form?
Do you have the receipt from the DPS showing the change or the receipt from the registration? That should work. They are getting very strict. When I filed mine, I only had the receipt from HEB where I paid for the vehicle registration (that had almost no information) but that sufficed. At least try before the deadline. They emailed me when I submitted with the actual vehicle registration with my new address but they wanted the receipt. They gave me extra time to submit it.

Thanks for the links, I can find the form but can't figure out how to actually file online. What am I missing?
