A new sign just went up on 620 for the Villagio Development right near the HEB Plus at 620 and Anderson Mill. Looks like they are putting in a fairly high end project. I'll be curious to see how it fares. We were in the pizza place in the HEB plaza last night and it seemed to me that many of the businesses were getting NO traffic at all. Hopefully this and the opening of Concordia University will help out all of those merchants. Here is the link for anyone who is interested.
Looks like it will be very upscale shopping. What is the area of Lake Travis like? I am assuming it is a wealthier area with newer home subdivisions, etc.
It is now, anyway. Everyone else got priced out. Still got some of those "annoying" hold outs living in small homes and trailors, though. (I'm just being sarcastic here).

Like the people behind Cedar Park High School and across from Twin Creeks that use their property for boat/RV storage and goats
Do they have any plans to improve/widen 620 ? or any other alternatives to ease the traffic ?
And with all the developments in 2222, howz that going to fare..!!!!

I haven't heard of any plans re: 620. I wish they'd just keep extending the toll road westward!

Don't forget the peacocks too
