Nice, 100 acre starting at $1.6million at O Bar Ranch.

My neighbors just built their own training stuff, sorry I'm a horse newbie, in their front or back yard and ride around the neighborhood streets. Not equestrian but horse friendly I would say. There's probably trails you can drive your horse to. My wife's client said people will ride on a trail next to her property.

Good luck in your search. Why not drop by some of the vets that specialize in horses and see if they know of any neighborhoods.

I was thinking about buying a parcel (or maybe 2) as an investment. But then I remembered the advice of all the financial advisors on this board discouraging land/property as an investment, so now I've back-burnered the notion.

We live off Lake Travis and have a membership to The reserve which is a neighborhood with horses. /
