Funny (not really, actually), but shortly after I posted about this, I received two chigger spots. I went out for 10 minutes to water a few plants and was too lazy to apply my potion and…

Here's a creosote bush salve I use that really helps control the itch and promote healing without using cortisone cream:

We bought this particular brand out near Big Bend but there are lots of little companies that make it. Doesn't smell super-awesome but works well for me.
