That is the parcel up for rezoning?! Wow. Not much room for complaints then. There are probably a million better, denser ways to use that parcel. Reminds me of the old 1970/80s era low rise office buildings at 2224 and MoPac (SW corner), crazily inefficient layout.

I sure hate to see all the green spaces disappear though. Density is pretty miserable without respite from concrete.

No kidding. I'm not going to weep about that going away and I'd rather they densify there than try and push into the SFH neighborhoods. I haven't really noticed any issues with the traffic on that side of the intersection to boot, it is the SB frontage road North of Spicewood and Anderson Lane Westbound that are the the permanent messes. The SB offramp from Mopac at spicewood might get squirrelly with people trying to cut all the way over, but then again it already is so...
