Actually, all of HH is between the new O'Connor extension and 620, providing easy access to toll 45...maybe a quarter of a mile away! Super convenient to connect with the toll from anywhere in HH. Quite a transformation for that area.

My old neighborhood was exactly 1 minute to the toll road as well. It was cheaper too

You could consider Pearson place as well. Equally close to all freeways. One major advantage over HH is the proximity to elementary n middle school. PP feeds into the new Pearson Ranch Middle school as well while HH fields to Cedar valley !!!

I wouldn't think an 80' lot is the way to go for a more affordable home in that general area.

Seems both HH & PP are really packing those big houses in on tiny lots. A Chihuahua would barely have room to go in those postage stamp back yards.
And I thought our lots were small in the Meadows of BC.

I am so over the big house on the small lot thing...

When we purchased our first married home we thought that a postage stamp sized lot was great due to less maintenance. I guess. But after a while, we realized that the sixteen feet between houses sucked the big one.

Large lot size was on our top three must haves when searching. With TREES. Only a few neighborhoods ticked off that list and none of them were newer.

Priorities differ. Few people are ok with relatively smaller lots and bigger house, if other factors meet their criterion.... At least w.r.t. PP, the proximity to schools are driving the prize crazy!!! Kids can literally walk to Elementary and middle schools which is a huge plus...
For families with college going kids, it might not be the ideal community....
