Hi All,
I work in Austin Downtown. We are looking for new construction homes at least 3400 sq ft. There are some new homes available in Ranch at Brushy creek and Pearson Place at Avery Ranch but the commute during rush hour is awful on 183 and on 1 from here to downtown. We looked at 'SilveLeaf' (near Louis Henna blvd in Round Rock) community but the school ratings are Elementary - 9, Middle - 8 and High school 7, I prefer Rund Rock side than Avery Ranch, Brushy creeek as I feel the commute on I35 is not bad as on 1 & 183. But the Brushy creek, Avery Ranch schools ratings are higher than Silver Leaf schools.

Any other new homes around Round Rock? I looked into Sendora Springs in Roundrock but don't like.

Thanks for your inputs.

Sorry to be picky, but Round Rock is two words.

Edited . Do you have any recommendation on new homes with top schools in Austin or Round Rock?

Standard Pacific just started new construction in the Highland Horizon neighborhood of 620 and Great Oaks. It has easy access to 183/mopac/I35/Tollway 45. They have several options in the square footage that you're looking for.
