Nope, 'I' don't have anything, but the plaintiffs may have quite a bit, which would be much more relevant. They may or may not have a case, but the dismissive 'ah, that is just a dumb suit' approach is...well, dumb. If Black's takes that approach and ignores it, it could really come back to bite them.

I thought this got kiboshed last go round but looks like it is back up for discussion with the city council.

I hope some sort of compromise is reached. I think this is beyond just BBQ joints as I remember El Pollo Rico on Stassney pumping out a lot of smoke, albeit in a more commercial area.

El Pollo Regio on William Cannon smokes just as much if not more. But also in a commercial area.
