Hi Y'all,

I currently work full-time and have been trying to get OT at my job, which is sporadic since it's based on the amount of sales volume/orders my dept is working. I mention this since I have thought of getting a second job at Starbucks or what have you, but it's hard to know when my OT will come up (plus, getting paid x1.5 is better than what any side job would pay. Or should I say, LEGAL side job ;-) ).

With that said, are there any good companies or agencies which do catering gigs or even online jobs? I used to work for Pearson doing grade-at-home tests, but I haven't recently. I have called agencies and they said most of the work they have is for full-time work, not much sort of "on-call" work. I also work the afternoon to early morning shift, so my availability is during the day and a couple weekdays. This is why, if possible, online work would be neat. I realize those jobs that say "Earn $17/hour taking surveys!" probably aren't legit. Thus, I'm hoping to find something decent to work to earn some extra cash when things are slower at my day job.

Any suggestions? Of course, legal ones

Thanks!

Leapforce and Lionbridge are legit. I've known people who've done them, but most of them quit because it's mindnumbingly boring. Mechanical Turk through amazon is another one. There's a tv research group called mediapanel that's in town. Worth looking into as well.
