To All that contributed to the Sticky with the City info, Thank you for your time and effort is appreciated and it is extremely helpful. I enjoy the Forum here and courtesy of my employer, I will soon be moving to Austin. I will take a while to get settled as I have been told I may be moving anywhere from 1 Aug 2015 to 30 March 2016. I own a home in Pharr, TX and at the age of 59 was not expecting to move but not ready for early retirement either. Renting is looking like an expensive venture but not really another option until my wife finishes with her contract at her current job. I am looking towards the new challenge and just wanted to say thanks for all the great info. and some really interesting posts
