Wonder if a certain Austin politician's close relative saw that coming?

Over the past year or so driving up to Round Rock from South Austin on MoPac after dark, there was a lot of construction activity from the 2nd shift with bright lights up & down the "Loop".
In the past two weeks I have noticed a big drop off, and Wednesday evening about 8:30 only saw ONE pickup truck moving in the construction zone up near the Domain.
