Hi, im graduating highschool this october and i will be 16 when i graduate. I was wondering if I could legally move out if I found a room mate that was 18+ because i know i cannot sign any legal contracts myself, thank you. Please serious answers only.

Are you in Texas or another state? It may vary according to state law. I think you can go to court to be declared "an emancipated minor" then you could move out.
