Does anyone know the fastest route to get from Round Rock to Lockhart?
Mapquest does not offer 130 toll road, but wondering if that would be shorter?

If there is any traffic, probably, but depends on exactly where and when you leave. In the evening or midday, I-35 to 183 is probably very quick and no tolls.

You can take State Highway 130 down to Bergstrom Airport right now, then take 71 over to 183. It'd probably be better to do it that way during the day rather than face gridlock on I-35. But make sure you veer a hard right at the toll plazas to pay cash if you don't have a TXTag.
