Is anyone "in the loop" on what's going on there? I see construction has started on the southwest corner of the lot. There is a website called "publiclofts" that is advertising lofts and work/live units for sale. The advertising mock ups show it to be on the southwest corner. But the official "St Elmo's marketplace" website show this as the location of the Saxon Pub "and theatre" inside of a proposed hotel.
