Is there a store in north Austin burbs or Austin itself that you can find "country" themed items? We are looking for some rustic themed items, signage, doing a country/cows-chickens type of style for our kitchen and so on. Kind of an odd question looking at it but just in general a store that sells more unique items for decorating a home.

Austin Gift Company on South Lamar is pretty good. Callahan's General Store on 183 has lots of good stuff, but maybe more on the functional side.

This store bravely calls itself an "antique" store when in fact
it is mostly a reusable furnishings store. But it does offer a
wide (wild?) selection of reclaimed goodies:

Bonus: it's located in New Braunfels - a delightful area to visit on a nice day.

The Cracker Barrel in Round Rock is probably your best bet. While you're up that way you can also check out the Antique Mall aka Antique Gallery of Round Rock. Both are on I-35.

Cool thanks for the suggestions we will have to check them out- we are in Leander/cedar park. We've been to hobby lobby + love it however they seem to have a lot of the same stuff they've had for awhile so just looking for something different.

Callahan's General Store | Austin, Texas Family-run farm store selling everything from western wear to Texas-inspired gifts to livestock. Last time I was there they had lots of country themed decor items.

501 S. Highway 183, Austin, TX 78741

try the antique mall off 183, by the old roller skating rink. They have tons of stuff and I seem to remember "country" things
