I have been hearing really good things bout this area. Im 28, single white male with an MBA and have been working at wells fargo for a year. Im wondering what opportunities are there esp in the financial area (got my mba in corporate finance and have been doing refinancing of mortgages and banking stuff at my job for a year). Is this area a great place where young single women go? Also what are some good apartment rental agencies to go thru and how much does one expect to pay in rent? Full of questions aren't I? haha thanks

Travis Heights is a very popular area of Austin. But it's not clear from your post what your asking or trying to accomplish. Are you relocating to Austin or just thinking about it? Do you want to meet single women? Find a job?

Try a search for "Austin Apartment Locator" and you'll come up with plenty of companies that can help you narrow down your needs and identify a good location to live in Austin.
