Have you contacted the insurance company? Has the child been referred to ECI? They will be the best place to start for those types of services. Also look into Any Baby Can if you need continued support, they come to you for home visits.

No, I just put a helmet on my baby to correct her head shape , and realized that she might have an issue with her neck since she tends to sleep on one side and head to one side when upright. What is ECI?

I looked at the ECI eligible codes, but didn't find one that applies. The insurance company may have a pool of PT on the website.

Go to you pediatrician and see if they recommend it. Then they can connect you to a PT.

I have never dealt with the helmet issue, so I certainly don't have a horse in the race. But I have heard it several times (medical podcasts, reputable journals, etc) that correct helmets don't work:

I am far from a conspiracy theorist, but I really wonder if those things aren't around just to make money for the profession.
