I've seen listings for townhomes and houses in there in the MLS, and last time I looked at the "Grove Store" they had a list of what was left SFH-wise.

https://www.redfin.com/TX/Austin/410...home/148558257 (townhome)
https://www.redfin.com/TX/Austin/421...home/146961354 (SFH)

I was really interested in that development but don't want to pay uhhh, well over a million for a zero lot line house with HOA dues of several hundred a month.

I called and they have sold around 4 of around 30 of the SFH. The SFHs start at 2800 sq ft so are pretty big, they start at around 1M.

The town homes can also get pretty big too, maybe up to 3400 sq ft.

The sizes on the homes are great because even the townhomes are great for families.

The pricing is too high though as you can go a block away and do a teardown with no HOA fees for 565K. You can definitely build a 3-4K sq ft house for 600-800K.

Woah. I never ever imagined in my lifetime that I would see a 1.5 million dollar listing on this side of the town for a SFH on a master planned subdivision.. Seems way over priced.. but hey they already sold out 30 homes which means someone is willing to pay for it. Austin housing market is starting to take a leaf out of bay area RE market.
And look at the property taxes.. Ridiculous
