I’m a true southern gal, I’ve never lived anywhere but the south and love every minute of the heat. No complaints here. I hate winter and the cold.

Got over an inch of rain here in Steiner. Very happy about it as it occurred before my sprinklers kicked in so I saved some money last night as my rain gauge turned the sprinklers off once it detected rain.

is there a site where you can find out how much rainfall received by zip code? I've seen varying amounts for Round Rock, depending on the site.

That 6.52" total is quite impressive and feeding into Travis. I wonder if the lake will go up a little?

It is up about 9" (664.24 to 665.00) overnight, so yes .

This is a very cool site:
https://hydromet.lcra.org/

You can play around with the different settings and see different gauges and monitors. If you zoom in, you see more choices, as well. It is only for the Colorado River basin, though, so not useful for a larger area of the metro.

I've played around it but didn't know they had the water level in there.
