No, of course not. I don't even need to click on the click bait to know there is 0 chance.

Endless road ahead, equality of outcome will keep SJWs busy.

Interesting article. That the city’s name actually made it to the “second list” is just mind boggling.

I don’t believe in history revision. The entire thing stinks IMO.

I totally agree. Let bygones be bygones. Austin has name recognition, if we were called "Waterloo" it would be ironic in more than one way. A city's name defeated and renamed to a battle that signified the ultimate defeat. A city totally defeated by PC and SJW's.

Sounds about as Austin as Austin can get, though.

KXAN had an article about it, too. There is talk of changing the names of Burnret Road and Lamar Blvd, and the name Austin. Political correctness run amok, if you ask me.

People need to really get a grip.

George Washington was a white supremacist. He owned hundreds of slaves. Maybe his face should be taken off the 1 dollar bill. Maybe the name Washington, District of Colombia should be changed. It's a double whammy if you consider Christopher Columbus was a founder of the Atlantic slave trade.

Perhaps the State of Washington needs to be changed as well.

Maybe the name United States of America be changed because it was a slave holding nation for hundreds of years.

I think we may start seeing more of these name changes all over the country as the country increasingly becomes a non-white majority country.

Wonder what Austin would change its name to? Waterloo? How would they decide ? Would there be a vote? I hope it's not Waterloo. I always think of Iowa when I hear the name "Waterloo".

I’m on Team Spurlock with this one. Where will it stop? We’re setting a real wobbly precedent here. Should we begin renaming waterways too? How about we blow up Rushmore and Stone Mountain? Heck, let’s just wipe the nation free of everything and start over. We can repeat the process every 100 years after SJW’s have had enough time to create new issues to get frothed up over.
