We are interested in buying a house in Avery Ranch. Our affordable price is around $200k. Could you please give us some recommendations regarding some good floorplans ~$200k? What kind of houses are good choice with our budget in Avery ranch.

Why so many people are selling houses in the west of Avery Ranch now?

thanks a lot!!!!!!!

We were able to purchase a house in Avery for under 200k. The house is a 3 bedroom house, 2000 sq ft. How big are you looking for?
