In the end consumers pay for all business taxes anyway. It isnt that big of a deal that corporate property taxes are not right.

The bigger deal is that many very expensive residential properties are often millions of dollars low. For example, a guy on rainey street listed his property at 2.6 million, but the tax value is 1 million.

Or the land for WTP 4 was valued at 20 million less than it sold for.
