When is it supposed to be here?

Also who is responsible? My apartment complex or my renters insurance? How quickly can I expect them to repair the damage? I may have to get a hotel or temporarily go back to Atlanta. Is my apartment complex responsible for putting me in a hotel until my apartment is habitable again?

Your renters insurance should have a Loss Of Use coverage that will cover the hotel. Most likely, your apartment will offer you a different vacant unit. Make sure you get plenty of photos and a detailed inventory of everything that was damaged.

Hopefully, you opted for Replacement Cost, not ACV.

Don't look out the window! There is another blob moving in slowly. Much worse down south; but your place will get wet by 0915.

Upon further review, it has really fizzled up north ; but nasty stuff between downtown and San Antonio again this morning.
