I didn't get a photo. I was absentmindedly walking from my car to the entrance of the building and casually there was a grey feathered huge creature purched upon one of the support beams on the cieling with HUGE round eyes that looked like a cat. I didn't stick around, as soon as I saw it I scurried my way out of its view. I couldn't believe I was looking at an owl. He paid me no attention from what it seemed and I walked right under it.

Unless the owl seems injured, I wouldn't worry about it. Owls don't attack people, they eat rats! I encounter owls weekly on my dog walks. They are chill.

This. Owls are not aggressive. In fact, friends in Dallas have an owl nesting box in their backyard, the photos are beautiful.
If he’s trapped inside and can’t find his way out then he might need assistance from wildlife rescue helpers.

The owls I have seen here don't hide when they see me, but watch me very carefully. I enjoy walking slowly around them just to see the head follow me.
