What these people did was obviously illegal and deplorable, but I think most of it can be chalked up to low- wage temporary workers and contractors who aren't familiar with the legalities. Most people likely turn around and leave for the other lot. Thank you for standing up to them and reporting them. As someone with a sibling who has a profound mobility issue, I appreciate how difficult even the smallest thing the rest of us take for granted can be. I hope your recovery is on track and you're back to your usual self in no time.
The people working the lot only have enough intellect to take your money. How are the going to differentiate who owns the placard.

Loved the show last night. Couldn’t help but laugh though at Beck getting the crowd all fired up talking about “we’re gonna go all night!!!” then EXACTLY one hour later “Thank you Austin, good night!”
We do get seats. I'm in my late 40s too, so don't feel like doing the lawn thing either. The problem is that it is not a row of seats, then a couple steps up, then a row of seats, another step up, etc. It's a gentle slope, so you are not really that much higher up than the row ahead of you. As someone who's on the shorter end, it makes it impossible to see the show.

It's literally as easy as taking money when you know how to do it.
