The ramp is reopened.

The next interchange that would be nice if they finished is the SH45 and I-35 in Round Rock.

The full interchange isn’t finished yet, though, right? The ramp from 183 south to 35 isn’t open yet is it? They opened the 35 south to 183 ramp today…right? Or they powered through and opened the 183 south to 35 ramp too? Because that still looked a hot mess when I drove past two weeks ago. But crazier things have happened.

And I think 35 south is another one that needs to finished up. 35 near slaughter is also slated to get an upgrade.

183SB to I-35NB hasn’t been started yet. I’m not even sure how they’re going to do that one.

183SB to I-35SB never closed

183NB to I-35NB is still under construction from my understanding

183NB to I-35SB hasn’t been started yet I don’t think, and also not sure how or if they’re going to do it, seems rather redundant as drivers could just use the 290 ramp to go South toward Downtown coming from 183SB lanes

I-35NB to 183NB is what just opened today.

I-35NB to 183SB hasn’t been started yet.

I-35SB to 183NB and SB has been open since May.

An issue with 183 Toll East Side is … there’s no posted speed limit for the entirety of the tollway. The access roads have them but the tolled lanes have no signs indicating what the speed limit is.

I’m thinking 183NB to 35. You’re right, there are no speed limit signs. Let’s keep it that way so I can get to this new interchange in like five minutes. I said 183 south because it’s coming from the south. insert eye roll on my part)

183NB to 35SB could be done similar to the flyover from 35SB to 183/S, but you’re right, they would probably run out of space to have it completed. Architecturally and engineering wise I don’t see how it could work. I’d love to be able to get 183NB to 290E without exiting and hitting the light, but I can’t win them all.

There is also a 90% chance of there being a tropical storm forming in the gulf. Get your twin boots and umbrellas ready.

I went up north to pick up some goodies for a 5k and used the new ramp. It’s much better Asier to navigate than before. It’s more of a steady incline (think like starting a gentle roller coaster compared to a huge steel roller coaster with a giant drop to start like it was before). I can’t wait for the other side to finish, I’ll use that side much more frequently.

Yes, rollercoasters are the best way to describe driving on Texas highways
