Should I be concerned about this?

I decided to try to sell my Engine Hoist, its taking up a ton of space in the garage and I probably won't be needing it in the future as I decided to have a shop do all of my work.

I posted it on Letgo and a few other apps and got a response in about 3 days. The buyer asked me if I could hold it for him for one day and he would pay me $235 (I had it listed for $225). I said that was fine. So the next day comes and he told me he was and he would come to pick it up at 2:30 and I said that was fine. As it got closer to 2:30 he told me he was running late and it would be at 3:35, or basically an hour later, which was fine as well. He states at when he got within 3 minutes of my place he would let me know. So at 2:35 (an hour before he states he would arrive) he pings me and tells me he is close. I thought he had rescheduled and meant 3:30 so I wasn't as close to my phone and missed that message initially. When I came to find it, I was blocked. Not only was I blocked but his profile is also completely missing as well almost like he never even existed. I checked my doorbell camera and nobody approached my house within the time frame he said he was going to be here, and no one drove by either.

I gave him the right address, but it looks like he never really showed up.

I'm kind of suspicious he may be casing me, by seeing what I have available in my house (per my letgo ad), what neighborhood I live in and so forth and may try to come back when the house is vacant.

Someone else came by and grabbed it today so I'm still good atleast.

Meanwhile, I've been loving all this rain we've been getting. Also anyone notice the 'Sandstorm'?

Its up there. It just makes everything look grey and overcast and slightly orangish red during sunset.
