I don't feel like cooking.

Any good restaurant recommendations that may be open for Thanksgiving?

Honestly, it seems many restaurants are open on T-day nowadays.

There are a few online sources that put together a list each year...
https://austin.eater.com/maps/thanks...er-restaurants

DW and I served free lunch at one of the "kitchens" on the east side and then stopped at Jim's on our way home for a delicious meal without any hoopla(a few years back). My kind of Thanksgiving

I do see that Moonshine Avery Ranch is having an all you can eat brunch...might be interesting.

Thanks for the link as well.

J/W are there any that may be catered toward Thanksgiving Dinner on Thanksgiving Day?

Thanks.

Edit: n/m I'm reading through the link and some of these do cater toward Thanksgiving Dinner.

IHOP will most likely be open. However, if you decide to have Thanksgiving at an IHOP, you would be wise to call first and ask if they will be serving pie for desert on Thanksgiving day. I ate TG dinner at IHOP a few years ago and they did not have any pie. Not even pumpkin pie. I was literally flabberghasted. No pie with a TG dinner? I never heard of such a thing.

I seen in the link provided by 10scoachrick that Hoover's Restaraunt is going to be open on Thanksgiving. That's my favorite Southern/home cooking style restaraunt in Austin. I bet they'll cook up a really good and tasty Thanksgiving dinner with home made cornbread dressing and sweet potato pie and sweet tea and leave feeling full as a tick.
