Recent feedback on St Theresa's School? (Austin: catholic schools, relocation to, location)

We are seriously considering enrolling our girls at St Theresa's School next fall. We have toured nearly all of the Central and North Austin Catholic schools (St Louis, St Austin, and Holy Family), and liked St Theresa's the best. My oldest daughter really loved it during her shadow day as well.

We have friends at all of the other Catholic schools mentioned above with the exception of St Theresa's. (We also loved St Austin's, but their two year relocation to Oltorf and S First is a deal-breaker for us, traffic-wise, even for my husband who works downtown. St Louis also seemed nice, but the facilities seemed not as nice.)

I'd love to hear from anyone with kids at St Theresa's currently or who has friends who do.

How welcoming is it to new families in the upper elementary grades? How heavy is the homework load? Are most of the students parishioners of the church as well? (In the other Catholic schools we visited, the students seemed to come from all over, and many were non-Catholic as well.)

I have read through all the old posts about St Theresa's in here, but there aren't any very recent, so I thought I'd ask.
