I have to say this September has been amazing so far. High temps in the 80s and lots of rain, quite a contrast to last few years where the usual highs were in the upper 90s or even touching 100F. If only we got more such days every year.

Yeah. This year overall seemed fairly mild for Austin.

just give it a week. The hottest temperatures somehow can sometimes creep in in the middle of september. I remember being in high school in the middle of September and it being like 110 degrees.

This summer is the fourth hottest so I don’t consider that mild.....

I've kinda come to terms with it I guess. I've found I like Austin's misty cold rainy season more than I like its summers. I think its mainly because it reminds me of the PNW when I used to live there. That and I love warming up the morning to a Starbucks White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha
