I suspect that the reason most are in agreement with the 100% is that we were pretty much at 75% already. Of course people want businesses to thrive. Many just want it with reasonable precautions until we hit the appropriate vaccination numbers.

Yup. There is just so little benefit from lifting the mask mandate (other than political). It costs virtually nothing.

We just heard what hypocrite Adler had to say. As he mentioned, Abbott may have removed the mandate but it doesn't mean that you can't wear one if you want to wear one. I agree with lifting the mandate and if you want to wear a mask, wear one, no one is stopping you from wearing one but make sure it's a N95 mask to actually protect you from others and don't depend on others wearing one to protect you. Also, keep your distance if you are that concerned or just stay home.

Source that validates your claim?

n95 masks protect the wearer as the inhalation goes through the mask.

Surgical masks arent sealed so much have much worse protection for the wearer (but there is still some protection). In a clinical setting though they do well, possibly because they are more comfortable.

This article compares cloth masks to N95s.

I have worn an n95 the whole time.

Yes, N95 is best. Others do work. There is a group of people that feel if it isn't 100%, then it isn't worthwhile. It equates to an inability to see beyond black and white. Comprehension of percentages and statistical reductions is right out of the question.

Feel free to provide a source that validates your claim.

What I have seen (and it may be all propaganda) is that an N95 mask is 95% effective in filtering out particles. I have also read that the virus can enter through your eyes from a direct cough or sneeze to your face from a unmasked person. I'm all ears and would love to hear this is all nonsense and that I am completely protected with the use of the N95 mask.

Nothing completely protects you and I don't think anyone is claiming that. But some are much better than others.
