Anyone know what speed can be expected in LH east of the river? Seems spectrum does not service anything was of the river. Is that area still on dial up/AOL?

I think the ISP out that way is going to be Suddenlink. Not sure what they offer out there but I do know they have a 1 Gig Download and 100 Mb Upload package in my area.

That’d certainly be nice. I’m guessing all they have is satellite or dial up. Internet is as valuable a utility as water and electric for me.

if Suddenlink is out there then that will be Cable.

Did you check to see if AT&T services the area? They may or may not have Fiber.

It's so far out in the boonies that you'll get 56k tops. (totally kidding.) I just assumed it would be AT&T and maybe Grande. Did you put in your address in the "search for availability" type feature on providers' websites?

The maps aren’t too helpful. Could be due to the area being newly developed. Anything over 100 Mbps is ok. Don’t think I’ll ever see fiber in my lifetime.

You can get list of area providers: https://broadbandnow.com/
And check actual address from providers afterwards.

I would not be too concerned as Starlink should be widely available next year at least.
