Hello,

I'm a RE/MAX Realtor out of Chicago and I'm looking to move to Austin. Here in Chicago RE/MAX is very well known but Keller Williams is almost unheard of.

I need to know if Keller Williams is considered a good brokerage in Austin. How does it compare to RE/MAX? Is it as popular? Are there any websites that show who had the most sales in recent years?

Thanks in advance,

Jason

For what it's worth, I am currently using Lubbock Keller-Williams who has worked well with me. Re/Max would not return my call but then KW hasn't sold my property yet either. It's probably a tossup but KW is a well known name at least in west Texas.

Both are well-known names here in Austin, along with several others.

Who do you work with? Do you receive a lot of office calls? I had 5 closings last year just from working at RE/MAX and I fear going to Keller Williams might not supply up calls.

Can't really tell you a lot about either Keller Williams or RE/MAX other than that they're here. Do remember, though, that Keller Williams is headquartered here.
