I know Cat Hollow itself is a nice area, but not familiar with the condos.

Thanks for the responses. I am not sure what the complex is called. The pictures just show a rock outside that says "Cat Hollow". The address is located at 16100 Great Oaks Dr Round Rock, TX 78681.

I live right near them. Haven't been inside any, but it seems like a nice little gated complex. Plus, the area's great. They're a block or so away from the H-E-B and 620 and very close to the parks and schools. The complex is also home to Halina's spa/salon.

There's also some major construction going on nearby just west on 620. Can't tell if they're apartments or condos, but it's a BIG development. Also, some construction going on at the intersection of 620 and O'Connor. I've heard there may be some more development planned there.

Be aware that its right near Great Oaks Elementary, over a thousand students, can be a major traffic/noise problem at certain times of the day, I would scope it out at school times, starts at 7:45 am, ends at 2:45 pm.

Great Oaks Elementary is about 1/2 mile away on Great Oaks Drive. Traffic/noise is not an issue in this neighborhood.

Yes, the Cat Hollow Condos are very nice. We have a very quiet complex with lots of nice people living here. It is gated and very secure.

We are trying to sell our condo because we actually need a larger place. We have two bedrooms and a large loft area that could be turned into a 3rd bedroom, 2 and 1/2 baths. The master bedroom is down stairs. We have a large living area, dining room, kitchen and a good size back yard with patio.

There is also a very nice gated pool and patio area in the complex.
