Can anyone share their experiences or knowledge of the following builders:

I've been in Ryland homes and they are very nice. Have not been in the other two builders' homes, but they are often of the same price range and locations and other reputable builders in town. There are a few builders that my realtor won't work with because of quality issues..those include KB and Centex.

Totally not impressed with Ryland after I have seen the majority of my friends dealing with a ton of issues....

If those are the 3 choices for the neighborhood(s) you like, Taylor/Woodrow has the best reputation. I don't have recent experience with Ryland, but we had lots of problems getting warranty work done. Good luck with your home search!
