Is this commute doable? What kind of commute times should I expect?
What time is "rush hour"? With a flex schedule, can I avoid it?

We just moved here, about 1 week now, and really like Belterra. I'm trying to get a feel for the commute I can expect.

I make the commute from Highpointe (about 2 miles more SW then Belterra) to Brazos & 6th daily. The commute takes about 25 minutes in no traffic. Rush hour takes 40+. Normally I go in at 6am I take 290 to Mopac north. If I have to go in between 8-9 I will take 162 to 1826, to 45, to Mopac north. Sometimes there is a cluster on 290 that sometime occurs around 1826 at rush hour.
