The new shopping area at I-35 and 1431 is getting close to completion, any ideas as to what they are putting in? I've heard so many conflicting stories but nothing concrete. I went to the Barshop and Oles website and they don't have any info either. Any ideas?

If you live in the RR area, the Community Insight from this month spells out what all is going in there. I've already recycled mine though so I can't pull it out. There's about 15-20 stores though I believe.

Chinese food. It's really good though. There was one at Stapleton in Denver and we used to go to it a lot.

Pei Wei is owned by PF Changs, it's basically a cheaper and faster version of their food.
