You can't beat Fiesta prices on fresh veggies/fruites. And they are of better quality than HEB's in my opinion. There're also some international products you won't find anywhere else.

I also like Archer Farms brand from Target in their deli department. Somewhat more expensive but really good quality.

Costco is the good place to buy meat.

For the rest - HEB, Wal-Mart

I find our COSTCO membership worth the price. Milk, bread, meat is always lower than other grocery stores, also coffee, tea, also get good price on gas. Only problem is I still end up going to HEB because their selection isn't all that inclusive for groceries. They do seel some things in large quantities but you can get normal sized containers of most stuff. I think you can get a guest pass to check it out for free.
