nope, sorry. My dad owns a scanner, but he lives in Tyler so the stations would be no help for here.

Try RadioReference.com - Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference Database. It's a great site with plenty of information about the various agencies, nationwide and worldwide.

They should be able to help you with everything but the National Guard frequencies.

Why Police Departments? If you want the good info get the Fire Department frequency and Travis County Sheriff if you live in the Lakeway area. You wont disappointed!

are their radios digital trunked radios or old school?

I have an old scanner I would like to try out also but don't know anything about the radios in use here
