My husband and I are looking to buy in Lantana and are curious to know what the community is like. For instance, is it primarily younger or older couples, singles, are there a lot of families with babies, teenagers or empty nester's. What's the average age, income, ethnicity, etc...Is it a pretty social community and are people out and about often?

We've been married for a couple years now, will be having a child soon and are looking for friendly community oriented neighborhood .

ANY feedback is greatly appreciated!!!

Default Lantana feedback

Hi there! My wife and I have lived in Lantana for about 18 months. We have been married about the same amount of time. The neighborhood is very mixed, but I would say it is predominantly younger couples. Some have kids and some, like us, are planning on having kids soon. Both of our next door neighbors have kids between 2 and 10 years old, and the two couples across the street are in their 30's and don't have kids yet.

It's a great neighborhood to be in, I always see people outside walking, running or socializing with neighbors.

If you have any more questions I'd be happy to answer them!

I just moved to Lantana a few months. Not that subdivision, but the community as a whole is beautiful. You can actually see where your HOA dues go, as it's clean and exceedingly well-kept.

My only warning is that, with the construction and everything going on right now, getting out of the area can take a while, so plan accordingly. It really is kind of tucked back away from everything.
