Around 6:30 PM for young ones, 6:45PM and after for others.

Wow I guess NEO is losing ppl left and right haha! I just moved to Round Rock from Youngstow Ohio. Was looking up the same thing so I could take my 8 year old son around. Happy Halloween and have fun trick-or-treating!

Your best bet is just buying Sunday ticket from direct tv... there are a handful of places like cover 3 that play games but sports bars here are hard to find compared to up north.
