I went to the doctor repeatedly for the same problem. I tried Claritin, Zyrtec, Allegra, and some other med I don't recall the name of.....none of it worked. I tried Nasalcrom (over-the-counter), and it works great! I've also heard that eating the local honey will help (not for sinus issues specifically, but for allergies in general).

I actually just got a crown, and paid around the same (well, the insurance covered some). But I did pay cash to have my wisdom teeth pulled, which was around $700 (but I had DRUGS!!!). My dentist did offer payment plans though - so it was more affordable. My dentist is great - I highly recommend him. If you'd like some more info, let me know.
