I have a 4 yr old cockatiel that isn't getting the attention is needs from our family. But we will only pass it onto a new owner that we can be assured will give it a better life than it has here. Any ideas on where to find such a future owner? Any bird clubs in Austin?

Yes, I need a bird to keep my spoiled cockatiel company during the day while I'm at work. I am a single girl with a bad bird and I need another one. I have never figured out if mine is a male of female but I'm assuming it's a girl since she has never sang.
