Leandor that's way the heck out there from Downtown and Round Rock or Austin in general when does it not bottle neck??? really??SW Austin If you lucky you can find A house north right next to Barton Creek square Mall. It would be an ideal location if you want a decent neighborhood close to downtown and I think there's an elementary right across the street.Lost Creek is a good location as well, nice place watch out for all the traffic lights on Capitol of Texas Hwy. Why do they have so many lights ,funny you can drive from South Mopac to 2222 get stuck in a traffic jam and you'll still get there faster then if you take Capitol of Texas just because of the traffic lights.

What can people tell me about the Sunset Valley area? I've been seeing a number of listings there that look promising for what I'm seeking. A couple of houses are in the area near 290 and William Cannon Drive. Anything I should be concerned about in that area?
